Any writings or documents that are public records and are provided to a majority of the Board of Trustees regarding an open session item on this agenda will be made available for public inspection in the Weaver Union School District Office located at 1240 D Street, Merced, CA, during normal business hours.

If you are interested in placing an item (pertaining to school business) on the Agenda, please submit your request using the link below or in writing to the Office of the Superintendent located at 1240 "D" Street, Merced, California 95341 at least one week prior to the date of the Board Meeting.

Notification at least 48 hours prior to the meeting will enable the district to make reasonable arrangements to ensure accessibility to the Board meeting and to provide any required accommodations, auxiliary aids or services. Student and/or student family directory information and Board Meeting Minutes: Upon request, a student who is age 18 or older, or the parent/guardian of a student, may request in writing to the Secretary or Clerk of the Board, their directory or personal information be withheld from Board Meeting minutes.
